SHIPPING INFORMATION

When do orders ship?

All orders ship from our facility next business day (Monday-Friday) if items are in stock. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will hold your order until we can ship complete.  We will notify you and let you know the estimated ship date. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact us at 
orders@confectionerswares.com.  Please reference your order number. 

How do orders ship?

You will have the option upon checkout to choose UPS (United Parcel Service) or the USPS (United States Postal Service).  

UPS Ground Service transit times are 1-6 business days depending on your location.  The transit time is calculated starting the next business day from when the order ships from our facility.   UPS does NOT pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday or Holidays.   Following is a transit map for UPS delivery times.  .

USPS Priority Mail transit times are 2-5 business days depending on your location.  The transit time is calculated starting the next business day from when the order ships from our facility.  USPS delivers Monday - Saturday with the exception of Holidays.   

If you have any questions about transit times, just email or call us and we will be happy to help.   This is particularly important if the order is time sensitive and you are choosing UPS expediated service such as next day, 2nd day or 3 day select.    

Expedited Orders

Please contact us at expeditedorders@confectionerswares.com upon placing your order. Please place "EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUEST" in the subject line. Reference your order number and/or customer name in the body of the email. We will do everything possible to ship your order same day if contacted by 2:00 p.m. EST. We provide this service at no additional charge to our customers. Expedited shipping charges DO apply.

RETURN POLICY

No returns on edible products, pans, books, videos, and special orders. All other items, you must FIRST email: returns@confectionerswares.com to receive a pre-authorization code.

Please include the following with your email request:

  • Place the word "RETURN" in the subject title of the email.
  • Your Shipping Order Number.
  • Complete ship-to information.
  • Stock number, description, price, etc. of the item being returned.
  • Reason for returning item(s)


NOTE: If any of the above information is not given this will delay or prevent your request from being fulfilled. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the original price of the item will be refunded.

You will be notified by email if the item(s) may be returned. Our return mailing address will appear in the corresponding email, along with a RMA number. You will be required to send back unwanted items; within five business days, unused, with original packaging in tact and insured for the product value. Please put the RMA number on the outside of your package. Once the authorized return is received your original credit card number will be issued a refund. No refund receipt will be sent, but we will notify by email when the return has been processed. The refund will appear on your credit card statement issued by your bank. Please allow 3-5 days after your return has been received, for the credit to appear on your account statement. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. If returned items are received damaged, it will be your responsibility to file damage claims with the shipper you have chosen and no refund will be issued.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any unauthorized returned items.

We must have your return request in writing by email to attach to your on-line order.
